I don't think it is for anyone, but for me? I wouldn't say "good", but I've enjoyed everything from him that I've read/watched, always comes up with cool concepts at the very least. Of course I'll be interested in something from an author that consistently produces content that appeals to me.
Meanwhile, a huge amount of content involving Servants is utter trash to me at this point. I have no particular reason to be excited for more Servants, in a game I despise of all things.
