Why the flying fuck is Kawakami taking so long for volume 10?

We were left at the end of volume 9 with the preparations of the last fight to save the world, Hashiba was defeated, PA ODA was defeated, and now the battle against the Destiny and he's taking a break, it could be that volume 10 will be long as fuck or maybe he's trying to come up with the next project after Hexennacht?
