After a while I finally got around to reading the wiki again and saw that my wooden golem, that I raised as a martial artist tank armed with only shields in three slots, still had one other form I had no idea about. Only this time he actually gained an entirely unique ability of his own: the shining wave. To think he'd be holding back on me after all this time when I really didn't think he had anything special going for 'em, but stuck it out with him anyway. However, reading further, I noticed the small stone golem, that can be created through fusion, has their own innate ability "holy shield" (which can't be taught as an ap gift either), and can also evolve into the same golem. Had I have taken the other route instead, most certainly, my wooden golem would've been completely outclassed in almost every way having one less unique ability and, if I'm not mistaken, a slightly higher ini than the small stone golem.

But honestly, I can't see myself doing something shitty like supplanting one of my earliest pets that easily for such superficial perfectionism. Besides my golem's always been there just like a real bro, where we've been through shit thick and thin and always came out on top. What really made him stand out amongst the rest of my pets was being the only one to ever turn hostile toward me where I seriously had to straighten his ass out at first, but compared to now, I couldn't have possibly asked for better companion.

I'm just tryin' to figure out how in the hell did I manage to overlook something like that for 2000+hours.
