I'll grant to you that most of her singles aren't meant to appeal a refined crowd. After all, all of the songs you have mentioned are themes for KiraRevo, and animated series geared towards little girls, and you can't expect middle schoolers to be fastidious in terms of music.
But Pa Pancake being the epitome of something other than her overacting without even knowing it, not to mention her charm lying in not hitting a note right? As if Tsunku could afford picking the most adorably goofy girl out of 20,000-odd contestants hoping her clumsiness would come in handy as a crow-puller, with MoMusu ever-decreasing popularity and all.
Did you really listened to any other song of hers aside from those three (I'm still not convinced you have listened to Balalaika, since her vocals are top-notch in it, unlike in the others)?
Not just solos, even singles with other H!P girls would do. In fact, that would be so much the better as she usually gets her act together in them.
