Even if your BB taihas (very rare) from opening airstrike in H you can still clear K since Bobs shit on things.
Refresh morale on everything except CVL and AACI DDs. I rotated 3 BBs, up to 8 CAs and 3 sets of subs (2nd fleet) while having 4-5 maruyus to tank.

Suijou is perfectly fine with <1 bucket cost and paltry resource cost per sortie, no need to go Kidou and waste bauxite.
