Just got Nanoha's good ending. Man, between her good end and Rain's good end, it feels like there's not much left to explore with Chinatsu's route, to say nothing of there being an entire second half of the game in Dive 2. I enjoy the gameplay and the characters enough to keep going, but I'm hoping some seriously crazy shit shakes things up in Chinatsu's route, because so far we've learned the answers to most of the remaining mysteries, the most important one being what really happened to cause the Grey Christmas.

Sorry to hear you're not enjoying it that much. I haven't read it so I can't give much advice beyond "life's too short to make yourself play games that you're not feeling," but at the same time maybe at least push a little further before you really decide whether or not to drop.
