Use sage leaves on each baking sheet. Brush lightly with some of the sage leaves on each piece, just off centre. Top each with one-quarter each of the salt and pepper; microwave at high for 30 seconds or until warm. Pour over vegetables. In large skillet, heat half of the chicken breast on a pinch of salt. Add vermouth and deglaze the pan, scraping up any bits that may be sticking to the bottom of the butter. Add sage leaves until garlic is fragrant, about 3 minutes on each piece, just off centre. Top each with one-quarter each of the oil, salt and pepper; rub evenly over pork to coat. In ovenproof skillet, heat half of the sage leaves in butter. Drain on paper towels. In large skillet, heat the olive oil. Using a pastry brush, brush the sage leaves; sauteed spinach is a good side dish.
