/what/ isn't a /jp/ spinoff. Yes I know everyone shits all over it and for the most part it just stays there.

/ota/ they do discuss anime and manga among some other more serious content, the /om/ board is slower and I personally don't think it should exist, but they do discuss it. There's a bit too much cute role-play due to lack of people' ideas for posts and the slowness of the board, but it's not horrible.

/ghost/ is just /jp/, doesn't count.
