I wouldn't say she's overconfident. When she first debuted I thought she looked like the typical super hot girl who's full of herself and has a cold personality. But she quickly proved me wrong. She's actually really laugh-prone and her friendship with Gussan seems really genuine. She is nerdy when it comes to F1, but that seems genuine too, and it's rare that an お嬢様 like her is into racing, which makes her extra special.
If she does leave WNI in a few years, I hope its because she gets a job at a sports channel/magazine covering F1 and GT racing. It's probably her dream job
