in order to see the proportions you've set outside of pose mode, you have to compile modified versions of base.tah and base_xp.tah using TAHProportion.

after compilation, TAHProportion will output files labed tmo-xxx.tah(xxx being the name of the original TAH file, in this case base and base_xp). copy those files into your arcs folder, and you're done.
note: don't do anything to the original base.tah and base_xp.tah files.

once you get gravure mode, you can use this same method to change the proportions of your character in the gravure mode animations.

in pose mode, it's just a matter of following what's said here: >>6380973
just drag&drop pose files(not scene files) onto pngproportion and they'll be rewritten. make sure to have backups, because it's very difficult to get the original proportions back, and running a modified pose through pngproportion causes the proportions to stack(as opposed to having the new proportions overwrite the old values).
