Maybe that plainness makes it easier to project negative traits upon. She could do with having a more prominent character, but it's almost like she rejects options for easily noticeable character traits in place of being more subdued. I find her bland but don't dislike her, she's a decent, reliable idol. But there are hundreds of decent, reliable idols out there and some people expect something more memorable from the leader and spokesperson of MM.
Not so sure she will leave soon though, I feel like the office favors her too much to get rid of her yet.
