Ok so Luna started her Dark Souls Remastered playthrough a month or so ago so I decided to torrent it and play it with her. Didn't think much about it. Yesterday I complained about my internet being down and figured it was an outage. Today it was still down so I decided to call my ISP and they told me my internet service was terminated because I had 16 DMCA violations and their cutoff is 13. Apparently they were emailing me for the last 3 weeks about it but I never received them because I used an old email to make my account. I was seeding the torrent so everytime I turned my computer on it would register as a violation. My internet was free via my apartment complex and now I have to find a new service and pay for it out of pocket. Thanks Dark Souls.
