If you are going to go doll, get a TPE/silicone one. cloth dolls are basically teddybears you can fuck. and yeah dolls vary in size and weight. I have two 5'6" tall dolls and one is about 65-70lb and the other is like 90lb. one has skin tube arms/legs and the other has muscle tone all over, as pictured.

So your choices are finding a 140cm doll thats about 50-60lb or one thats 160cm and 70-90lb.
