The psp-ost-95.track sounds immensely more quiet (about the same volume as the original ost) compared to the normal psp-ost.track. For 'original', I assume you mean the original psp track. In that case, yes, you can remove it in favor of whatever volume playlist you prefer. You can also keep it if you ever wish to use that volume.

As for selecting playlists from a contextual menu, see attached (right-click, works the same there as in-game).
