Don't worry we are always nice to the genuinely new janitors trying to figure things out, I recall a number of new janitor sessions.

It just takes a little lurking to pick up on our girls. Now I can see someone taking this position if there was some of rotational system being implemented where any number of janitors may cycle through here. Much like the events of the last couple weeks.

In this situation it wasn't a case of deleting the regular posts at all but a willingness to not only allow floods, spam and trolls to what they want but also delete the posts from the thread regulars. Obviously this was a completely rotten state and I do hope that whatever dysfunctional chain link in the system was hammered out.

Obviously you can determine a difference in tone in a negligent janitor and in one actively fighting against those breaking board rules and flaunting themselves.

The idol friends can't really complain about janitors too much except only in a few aggressive situations. Such as the beginning of 2009 or the time we were copy and past spammed for 5 months straight.

I actually find it kind of surprising that they would send in non weathered janitors into /jp/. I mean he could survive if he was a straight shooter but so much of /jp/ rules and etiquette are a process of time and history, it is great in this manner.
