nope, worked installing and repairing HVAC my summers, pic related, the evaporator had an ice buildup due to a leak of refrigerant, and I ended up taking the whole thing and installing a new one. I got paid $850 for something that I spend $300 in parts. I made enough on the summers where I never had to work when I was in school.
Whenever there was a storm, someone's capacitor would blow, and i would charge them $100 to change a part that costs $4.
Every summer I cleared at least $10,000 in profit from working 10 hour days.
