Do we even disagree at this point? The game's mechanics can be fundamentally broken and Sapphire can be absolute cancer at the same time. These aren't mutually exclusive concepts.

But even if the game mechanics were more balanced, then Sapphire would still be broken as shit with her current abilities. AoE which inflicts forced cooldowns, 4 separate passives, and a freeze status which can instagib anyone it hits is so far beyond what any other unit gets (even the other Spectra) it's seriously mind-boggling to call her not in need of a revamp.
