I've had it since May (Good lord, has it really been that long?) and it's held up pretty well - there are a few very tiny pin-prick size breaks in the heat sensitive coating itself but, thankfully, the image itself is still as good as the day I got it.

I did some research beforehand and it seemed like they were one of the cheaper printing solutions around, they were also about the only service that had a functioning "preview" system - every other site I went to squished my preview image and I was nervous that I'd end up getting a squashed Rumia (and no one wants that!).
