Not as of yet, considering Seiga only introduced herself and managed to paint herself as this brilliant hermit in front of Kasen and bluff her way through Reimu's argument.

But knowing how things are going I'm guessing Yoshika will almost make an appearance. I say...Chapter 13 or 14. Since Seiga's pretty much setting up to lure Kasen into something.... whatever it may be ATM we don't know. Even Kasen's a bit cautious of the matter, but it's only going to be a matter or time...

I'm still going to say what's going to end up happening is Kasen will meet up with Seiga's Jiangshi at some point and realize She's the poet that once inspired her Hint:Remember the poem Kasen said back in the beginning? Miyako no Yoshika wrote that

Can't say much about that since I been having a hard time locating the story Seiga's based from (Strange Stories form a Chinese Studio)

But from the gist of it what I understand about Seiga and Yoshika they might not be related in that sense (canon wise) because:

1. Seiga comes from the Chinese Mainlands...

2. Yoshika has been hinted in a few cases to be based off of the Japanese politician poet "Miyako no Yoshika"

Well like I said, the link I provided to the site only gives a summary, not an official translation. If it does turn out that it's actually poetry Yoshika writes, then we can almost ensure that you will be correct since I know many have assumed that the Yoshika we see as the Jiyangshi, may be the poet in question (or at least a reference to the poet.)

Seiga being playable would be hard to manage unless she appears in a fighter. Which considering her behavior especially in the recent book. She's seems the type to poke her nose into an incident if it catches her interest. Especially if it involves an individual.

It's wishful thinking for a danmaku game though, it may be possible, but I don't think there's enough to her cards to make her stand out that well.

But in a fighting game on the other hand.... she would. Especially if Yoshika serves as an assist in battle which more likely she would.
