Brit here. Our piracy firewall consists of a block on two piratebay proxies and some "free-downloads-music-songs-games.ru.biz" type sites. Our alleged "porn ban" is a clause about not including female ejaculation in British-produced porn DVDs. No one has ever been arrested for possession of loli here - it's illegal in the same way that littering or school truancy is illegal.

I only mention this to demonstrate how inept governments and big organisations are at mass-banning things in the era of digital distribution. Do you guys really think the IOC has any authority to stop some 23-year old Japanese guy doodling a lewd Suika and posting on Twitter? Or Tumblr SJWs? Tumblr SJWs couldn't organise a fight at a pub. They can say "you shouldn't put ambiguously aged characters in 'provocative positions' in your media" to which the Japanese will firmly dismiss because otaku stuff is a multi-billion yen industry and firmly ingrained in the culture.

The worst that will happen is a few more "thinkpieces" about how Japan needs to adapt to Western standards of borderline barbarism under the guise of progressive morality. Also, a lot shitposting about how "japan cray af bruh" in normie spaces, but that already happens.
