Imagine valuing some grand scale plot concept over the characters within it, and trying to salvage it with "better execution" instead of hoping Nasu moves on to something better.
Imagine not understanding that F/SN and Tsukihime were amazing because they are charage and that is Nasu's strength, along with their setting, not because of their fucking plot.
Imagine comparing the most barebones, blank self-insert in what is supposed to be Nasu's huge new project, to his first attempt at a VN protagonist, that even still had a ton of memorable scenes and distinguishing traits.
Imagine believing that Extra and Extra CCC, actual finished, self-contained Nasu works, are somehow worse than the huge trainwreck gacha mess that ruined the fanbase and the Fate franchise for good.
