It stays like this all the way through. The only time it picked up, at least for me was when one of the chapters was dedicated mostly to Mint and Beatrice. Those two were my favorite characters so maybe it was just because of that. I found the main story with Fran and Tera pretty annoying and the lack of endings with other heroines was really disappointing.
