>It's fucking weird how you guys keep going on about 'believing' things, as if I'm making up shit
>Medical doctors say it's not recommended to outright impossible
>Men on a forum talking about penis enlargement say it works
Like... what do you want us to believe? You? Over everbody else? Give us a reason to.

>you guys are speaking from 'hard facts' that you read and aren't even based on scientific studies.
>As if I'm just placeabo'ing myself into deluding myself that my dick has gotten bigger.
And neither are you. No, anon, tugging your penis for a few months and claiming 'it got bigger' isn't hard facts. That's on the level of UFOlogy. "I saw the UFO, I have this grainy video of strange lights! These are hard facts!"-tier work. The reason emphasis is on facts is because we have medical professionals saying that not only is this not a plausible exercise, but it could result in temporary or permanent issues with your penis. Whereas the only support for jelqing are forums that retorts to anti-jelqing statements with "Why don't I slap my 10-incher across that doctor's face and have her verify that claim LOL". (that comes from thundersplace.com, sounds really persuasive :^) )

This is all you have. This is all anybody who jelqs has. It's easy to think "Wow I've gotten a quarter-inch bigger by tugging my meat" because in the measuring process you're subconsciously looking to have that confirmation bias. We don't know if you've cheated an extra bit of skin out there or not. However, on that Penn and Teller episode, a licensed urologists measured a dude's dick, he jelqed for a month, and then measured it after, and said there was no change. I'm more apt to believe a doctor on a TV show designed to disprove lies and false claims than a random person. Shit, I'd be more inclined to believe anybody who went to their men's health professional, and talked to them about their jelqing. I wonder why anyone from thundersplace.com hasn't done that yet? Are they afraid of their doctor puncturing their balloon?

>For example, most people writing tech articles most likely won't know exactly how the latest nvidia graphical card works in all the fine details, does this somehow invalidate their review/recommendation that it works great based on their testing and experience?
And I've done just that, but have reached the opposite conclusion. Instead of basing my opinion on the "amazon reviews" of the "video card" in this metaphor, I've based it on "tech website reviews".

So, sorry anon, I don't believe you've stretched your dick out an extra 1.2cm (.5"). That's small enough that anybody could measure themselves for weeks and get a +/-.5" in measurements. That's a small enough measurement that you could've been extra hard that day, or more "excited" to confirm your theory, or digging a bit harder into the bone to edge out a few extra sixteenths. The fact is, I don't have any evidence for that other than you claiming "I didn't!"

>And since when has recommending something that "just works" been some kind of crime?
>I don't make any money out of it, and making a guide for it instead of spreading ignorance isn't shilling for anyone.
Snake oil "just works!" "Just try it!"
>Snake oil is an expression that... has come to refer to any product with questionable or unverifiable quality or benefit.
Your claim is that it "just works" but haven't provided anything to support it other than "just try it!". You don't have to make money to feel good about it, you've admitted that you're trying to help people like you've helped yourself. Charity is a positive feeling you're deriving from it.

The counterclaim is that it "just doesn't work", except that comes from people with experience in the field. So, I have medical experts telling me I may damage my dick, for an unverifiable and medically implausible gain of a half-inch? No thanks. Try /fit/.
