Also I’m well aware that I’m likely overthinking this and it’s probably just a silly reference for reference’s sake that doesn't get explained, but the side character triplets, who in this game were also revealed to be clones because of course everyone has to have the same retarded backstory, are apparently characters in Nanatsuiro Drops as well, which I haven’t played yet, but isn't it supposedly altogether different genre unless it too has some sort of crazy sci-fi twist in store? Hold on a fucking minute, are all of Unison Shift’s games actually in some same insane continuity? Does Komorebi also actually have something tangentially related with the earlier released Innocent Eye’s, which is apparently proper full-blown sci-fi title?

At least I now know which games to play next, because I MUST see the end of this rabbit hole.
