I still managed to 1 star it and get all the drops, but I can see why it'd be very hard for someone without a skill awakened Dina and Saria.

I'd say the key is copious amounts of aoe. Gloria was very useful too, even if I didn't place her down soon enough to use her skill twice.

Soldier in top and bottom, armor in middle, then honestly I'd suggest straight up ignoring healing unless you have a really strong one. Even my Saria with her quick heal couldn't keep my team alive so anything below her or the black Iris isn't worth it I'd say. Instead going for as much magic damage as you can.

a lot of meatshields would help from there.
