In order for this to remain archived for other players down the line, in case the link you gave me ever goes down, the solution is easy: You only need to rename the OP movie file to something else, so it gives you an error about the OP missing instead of the thread thing, and after this error, if you click on "Yes" (Or "はい", or however your locale has it), it'll let you keep on playing. And then you can listen to UR@N singing the oh so beautiful Ashberry and watch nude scenes without nipples whenever you want on your media player. And if you like Ashberry, I reccommend you download the 15 years Milktub anniversary CD, which has a fuckton of UR@N and the full Ashberry, with lyrics and all.

But yeah, shoud have figured the error was something video-related. The Kira Kiras' OP videos don't play either, although the game just skips them instead of killing it

Linux plays all the 2hus, most VNs (even if they do have fixable issues from time to time) and lets me browse the internet in a secure way, play in a huge number of emulators (I'm lately into NDS with desmume. Check out Loop Loop Cube, jaypee, you'll love it), watch the animu I want and read the mango I want, and work.
