Well, I hate that bitch Kaguya, too, which is part of why I love Mokou so much.

But that's not my point. It doesn't matter if you like Mokou, what matters is there are so many characters to like, and that neglecting them is an injustice. At the same time, enumerating every Touhoe will take forever and be boring, so I'm suggesting to concentrate on some of bigger names, powers and story events.

That is, if your goal is to raise interest in Touhou and not simply awareness. What exactly is your goal, again?
