Most fans loved her because of her interactions with other holos, and how she easily put them around her and based so much of her content around them.
That's why the first thing kson did was start making new friends, start making new servers, surrounding herself with a new "family", and it just didn't work.
She's still doing ok with her solo stuff, but it's not Coco.

Rushia didn't really have that.
She was mostly on her own. Her collab content was excellent, but it wasn't what her fans watched all the time - they spent all their time just listening to her talk.
So that part doesn't change for her.

Coco was a support character. She was a dorky bimbo with a heart of gold who tried to act like a slutty bitch but was surrounded by friends who loved her.
She was a newbie who impressed her senpais and they (who were already strong personalities) had someone fun to make content with.

Kson is someone trying to be a main chara and act all cool, but it just doesn't work for some reason. She is surrounded by comparatively less talented streamers and there is a massive power imbalance.

It was funny when Coco made fun of marine or when subaru yelled at her imitations. Her relationships with aqua, pekora, Korone, and the yonkisei were adorable.
Kson has none of that. She's just a saviourfag trying (and failing) to improve the indie vtuber scene.
