Her bumbling about on social media is a result of her giddyness. This is probably the dream for a lot of these girls, especially chicken. She literally can't wait to start streaming: she herself can't stand the hype and is letting off the steam on Twitter.
Imagine her dorky ass non-stop browsing the internet, seeing how much people love your and your design and personality. All her hard work as an indie has helped her get to where she is now. She stays up past her bed time giggling to herself how much love she's getting and it's filling her with joy and hope and excitement. And the only way she can show that? Shitposting on the internet, being a huge dork, being really happy, basking in her newfound success but also nervous as hell because it's the first time something like this has happened. She doesn't know how to deal with the thousands of tweets she gets every hour. She tries to stay in character but just can't because she's also a klutz.

I am not trying to diminish your criticisms of course, you're allowed to feel the way you do. Even if at face value, you're correct, I just don't agree that it's necessarily a bad thing.
