First I don't have a waifu but when I feel too much ronery I just play videogames or watch anything trying to not think about it, usually a couple days is enough but if it's a strong feeling, I cry a while trying to philosophize and find reasons and exits or blame the world itself, then take double dose of antidepressants and sleep. There's always people out there who have it harder, pic related.
