Well I'm not sure if I can explain it adequately but basically I have become somewhat detached from my body and have noticed that a lot of the time my body/thoughts will act on their own while I just observe from the inside. I have also stopped being able to enjoy or seriously engage with events around me because they feel like they're happening to someone else. Recently I've noticed that my body will act autonomously in some situations or will find that "I" have misplaced objects or done things with no memory of doing so. It's kind of distressing but don't worry about it very much since I've become a bit detached from my emotions as well.
