Skeb uses imgix as their image CDN, the sample text is added on the fly on imgix's end. It's all in the querystring, even the security token. Very simple and easy to play around with. And small japanese web companies are usually pretty incompetent when it comes to information security. A skilled hacker might be able to figure out how to get tokens that allow you to pull any images.
