what the hell, bros. it says its running at 60 fps when using the patched exe but it sure doesnt feel like it now that i compare
in any case id like to thank the guy who pointed me in the right direction regarding the cat's bullshit couple of weeks ago from the bottom of my heart, this 1cc was a long time coming but i was taking long breaks and not pushing in order to prevent ending up hating the game since this one took up the most time by far
ignore that 2009 run, pc is near dead and has ghosts inside of it so the date sometimes becomes strange
