She's an infinite proc healer with potentially over 10,000 soldiers which is very rare, however for end game teams there isn't a whole lot of call for healers. You never know though, some day nubee might introduce a game mechanic where healers are at a strong advantage or something.

However even if a healer centric game mechanic is introduced, one might be better off using a 15%/70% limited proc healer over a 10%/70% inf proc healer, depending upon whatever sort of mechanics said hypothetical game event involves.
