I'm trying to setup Offline Sugoi but my skull is emptier than Cirno's: if Sugoi is not reading and translating from the clipboard even if I'm sure something's in it, what step did I fuck up and I have to do over?

I followed the guide on the Erawiki, with the model, CUDA update, and era autokey, even if with the most recent versions the paths have changed a bit.

1. put forwarder address
2. use my name in katakana
3. inform forwarder about my package
how will i know about my package to be delivered to forwarder i don't know, will they send me a message or should i reminded them when fumos will be shipped?
and finnaly 4. pay fowarder to send me the goods
was that all? if so then great, like i said before i just need to learn how to write my name in japanese because i have trouble with just that
