"Supernatural phenomena" could be generally spread to mean almost anything magical. Meaning that Yuugi is the most powerful Touhou out there and could control all of Gensokyo if she wasn't drunk all the time.

Seriously though, a lot of Touhou abilities are stupidly broad and general.

But Yuugi is obviously the strongest. When you fight her, she doesn't drop a single drop of Sake. That is one damn good drunkard.

Alternatively, staying at home would make her some kind of construction machine, regularly redoing walls, windows, the yard, utility lines, and anything else that could be called a renovation project. Maybe she'd even have an old muscle car in the garage to tinker with, and keep a vintage liquor cabinet.
