They're in kind of an awkward situation because their management still treats them like idols, they have absolutely no control of their music/image at all- I think Kashiyuka is pretty much forbidden from doing anything to her hair other than washing it. A-chan has express interest in writing lyrics and she's always been shot down by Hackata. Poor Nocchi is always stuck with ugly hairstyles too.

I'd call them psuedo idols just because they have absolutely no participation in the production of the music or their marketing/image design.

On the other hand they don't really do Idol activities like fan signings.
