Things I want to be resolved by Ryukushi

1: Justification for Shkanontrice being such a bitch. No seriously, so far there's not enough for me to truly feel even pity for her.

2. Explanation of Jessica's relationship with Shkanon beyond SHE DIDN'T NOTICE - Suspension of disbelief can only go so far, you know.

3. An ending that if not being consistent with the story, at least is as FUCK YEAH and EPIC as Higurashi's ending.

I doubt he'll be able to deliver on my first demand, but I'm a bit more confident about two and three.

I object. Clearly episode 4 was planned out in advance, and to think that a maid could slaughter everyone on the island spontaneously is a bit naive. To assume that Jessica is just put on the spot a few days before by Shannon instead of actively being part of the conspiracy is to reject her trollish nature.

Well, yeah, what Jessica does and says does not flow well with what we know. Of course, do be aware that there can be multiple culprits. It doesn't have to be just one person, in fact, in episode 3, Jessica freaks at Eva.

Which makes me think that Umineko episodes are different factions causing SNAFUs. Constantly.

Of course, with that said, I'd rank Moon-chan as a culprit, simply because of how much she lies, how suspicious she is in every episode, her usual longetivity, notably in the first four episodes, and because in every popular theory I've seen, Jessica would have to be a key player in it.

Well, I think you are being a bit unreasonable here. Both sides have claimed that it is a theory, they don't treat it like an absolute fact.

And naturally, for you to try and call them to "prove" it is unfair, because neither side can. But I think that it's a fair assumption to make, based on Episode 6's red text, that someone is also Beatrice. I mean, the only other explanation is that Beatrice is her own piece who comes onto the island at a specific time, the logistics of which are retarded.

I tend not to delve into the Beatrice issue myself, but I do indeed think that someone is masquerading as her, through a persona or otherwise. For you to just say you don't see enough evidence doesn't really do any good, as in the end there is a Beatrice that appeared in episode 4, and with only 16 people allowed on the island, she had to be SOMEONE.

It's an odd spot for me. Shannonkanontrice basically proves my theory that Jessica is a culprit, and yet I do think it's fucking stupid, because I get the image of Kanon running back and forth, frantically putting on new disguises.

Evidence of insanity? Well, first off, evidence of a character being insane is reserved for when they catch said character, but I can give you evidence of her being the culprit, if you'd like.
Throughout episode 1-4, she talks to Battler about Kinzo, telling him about how annoying Kinzo is, how she hates eating meals with him, and how'd she like him to just go away.

Now, that's all very well and good, but, considering Kinzo is dead, what once was seen as casual dialogue between cousins becomes lies.

This in and of itself is suspicious, but episode 4 solidifies it. We know she knows that Kinzo is dead, but then, when Kinzo kills her whole family, she runs off to confront him. She DOESN'T tell Battler or George the deal with Kinzo, she just wanders off. With this action, the train of thought that she was just supporting her parents goes out the window, as we see she is hiding Kinzo's death for more than just that reason. After this, George ends up dead, and she ends up making a call to Battler. Oh, and Piece-Beatrice comes out on the balcony on the floor she was on(Not endorsing Jessitrice here).

There is MORE than enough foreshadowing and susipicion to have her be a culprit. As for her being delusional or insane, you got me, but motives are only fully revealed after the fact. I am of the opinion that she is not delusional nor insane, but just a bitch.

Hey, Moon-Theory isn't bad. It's just stating that Jessica is a culprit, it doesn't say she is Beatrice, and it doesn't say she is Shkanon.
Pretty much the only attack on it has been that Jessica is a moron, which is precisely what a culprit, moreso one who is using deception, would want people to think.

I'm fine with it, as it's not stupid, just a plain old whodunnit theory.
