Her tolerance is lower than you would expect, but she's by no means a lightweight. She can drink long without issue if she paces herself well, but if not, she will be drunk quickly. Just don't say anything to her about it or she will try to prove you wrong and end up passing out early.
As for how she's like when she's drunk, I think she'd be a sweet but sensitive drunk. Don't bully her too hard in this vulnerable state or she will be a crying mess, or if you really screw up, even aggressive.
