I've been fiddling around with a longer story for months that deals with monstergirls in a "realistic" manner, but planning is a hell of a thing. MGE designs are 95% of the time a great base to start from, but everything else does nothing to help, in terms of making a story.
Oh, so what does this monstergirl do? She loves dicks. Okay, how about the next one? She'll use magic to get a dick. Right. And that one? She emits pheremones that makes dicks get hard.

It gets stale after a while. Though to KC's credit, newer monstergirls at least seem to have some more thought put into them.
But I'd rather you tell me interesting things. Like a harpy's bone density and strength. Organ placement in lamias and centaurs. Can succubi influence dreams? To what extent can slimegirls alter their own consistency?
What new laws would need to be passed to accomodate monstergirls as a whole, while ensuring the safety of both them and regular humans? Would there be restictions placed on monstergirls? Certain things certain types aren't allowed to do? Rights groups campaigning for or against them? How would different countries and cultures would react to them?

And depending on how you introduce monstergirls to a realistic setting, as identical as possible or similar to our own, you'll get different reactions. Have they always been a part of society? Were they discovered and kept secret until recently? Are they suddenly introduced through a portal? If so, how many? Where, and when?

There's a lot of stuff here KC will never talk about, because he's making a setting for sex and porn. Crabman is still producing a harem series, which is reprehensible to some, but in regards to a lot of the stuff I've asked above, if he doesn't cover it, he'll at least alude to it.
