Goddamnit, Hot Dog Chuck is a pitiful waste of talent when it comes to Touhou doujinshi.

There's only been one good doujin to come from him all this time.

Pick a doujin you like and say why it appeals to you. It'll be just like elementary school.

Actually, most of the stuff in it was pretty average (a few subpar), but Hot Dog Chucks's entry... made me feel fuzzy to say the least. The art (well, for Hot Dog Chuck's entry) does manage to avoid the "same face" syndrome most of the time, and is fairly well-drawn compared to most of the other doujins. The whole Ran/Yukari shikigami deal is one of the more open-to-interpretation things in the Touhou universe, but this is probably one of my more favorable interpretations, simply because of how heart-warming it is. I'm really more or less just repeating things, but it's an attempt at discussion.
