Not that anon, but maybe you have a lower tolerance to dense writings? Although I do not disagree that such elements exist, they were by no means unconfortable to read, because well, ai like to read whatever. Actually, I feel unconfortable when I have no narration of any sort as most anime with 24 episodes, when not less, suffer from the format and the fact that most of the screen time is directed to better adapt the battles and other action scenes.
Maybe if they used the format of Shaft where, like, the format is pretty much not respected and there is more dialogue narration and on screen narration. But then that would be just as bad right?

Anyway, if you really want to be well informed, the truth is that you need to read and watch as Nasu recently has been drclaring adaptations as different timelines of its original works.
