Honestly mediocre at best. It felt like a chore to read through, like I was forcing myself to read it just because I love all of r07's previous works.

r07 sets up the same tired tricks he's used before with VR and everyone having a split personality. It's really hard to care about anything because you just know that he's going to pull out "X wasn't real all along!" again. Stack that on top of most of the characters being vapid and bland, a story where half of the script is repeating the same shit over and over, jarring cg gun gifs (that dont even match the weapons they're supposed to represent) play during serious scenes and it really takes you out, a rushed and forced emotional ending.... I just couldnt bring myself to like the vn. I'm looking forward to Phase 2 only because I'm hoping it gets better so that the whopping $40 I spent on 14 hours of shit wasn't entirely wasted.

The hell are you going off about? Did your og art supremacy erection pop off suddenly for no reason? We're talking specifically about those retarded ass gifs in Ciconia. You can be a $10 budget piece of shit for all I care, but this doesnt belong anywhere, nor is it charming. It's jarring as hell, doesnt even match the weapons its representing in the scene, and its completely out of place stylistically.
