Licensing issues will prevent it, but Based Takaki made it pretty easy for EOPs to play, which he actually specified (you can find the interview on Siliconera) because he loves us. It's a great game - ~40 ish songs, almost all of them good, with nice PVs, a really wonderful UI design, and qt IA.

I imported it for my birthday and it zoomed IA up to my second favorite Vocaloid tied with Luka
