Not the most informed in regard to clothes so if some other anon can chip in with that.

I'm a bit more knowledgeable when it comes to maintenance;

For maintaining the doll don't take it to your bathroom as it's just a hassle, you can achieve the same clean by just setting up a cleaning area on your bed (2 or so contractor trash bags on the bottom with some towels on top to make sure no water hits your bed)

For cleaning, I just use this though you can use a mild dish soap or body wash if you don't care for it:

For cleaning/drying tunnels (vagina/anus/mouth) I use sticks like these since they are smaller and less damaging than shoving a microfiber towel inside

You can make your own by just buying your own microfiber towels from a local store though you wanna make sure that the sticks you use aren't prone to splintering or if plastic is smoothed down so it doesn't cut through the towel and cut the cavities.

Other than that you are gonna want 2 or so buckets of your choice to hold water for when you're rinsing the doll; just grab whatever is at your local home improvement store or supermarket.

From there it's just a process of giving the doll a sponge bath by either rubbing it down with your hand or a microfiber towel covered in soap/that cleaning thing I linked
If you're filthy degenerate that never cleans their room and has a bunch of crumbs and dirt or the fucking package delivery guy tosses your package over your clearly unlocked fence which causes the box to tear and dirt to get inside (fuck UPS) then your gonna want to use multiple cloths.

The process is to rub water on the doll with your hand/towel to moisten -> rub with soap -> rinse with a damp cloth -> dry completely -> Oil (only once a month and if TPE, oil can damage silicone) -> Let sit for a few hours to absorb oil (time can vary depending on your TPE blend or weather conditions) -> Powder
