Two thing each holoEN should do in your opinion:

Buy a real ASMR mic and just do soft talking streams with it, kinda like how Polka does. It's not proper ASMR but you have a very nice voice.
Play better games like Dead Space or DOOM or Getting Over It (easy endurance stream idea and people will love the salt, obvious pick)

Sing more and better English songs, lots to choose from.
Play Ring Fit adventure together with Rushia.

Take it easy on shoving takamori into everyone's face.
Stop bringing up numbers, both viewer and sub ones - just stop, you never do yourself a favor.

Draw slightly ecchi but tastefully done art of other holos for members.
Tell AO-chan to calm down, that person is overzealous and creates a nothing-allowed atmosphere.

Dial back the random shouted intermissions like "SASUGA!", "OSHO" etc.
Play more games, your taste in games is clearly good, you just need to play more of them.
