So in Mist Train girls do only SS rare girls get a special skill with flashy animation?
I wouldn't mind if cool animations were reserved for the highest rarity but a whole function?
I know if you play long enough you eventually get a full SSR party in these games. But locking stuff just makes lower rarities even more worthless.
