Second option is pure magic.
The witch at P needs to be 50.

Prince at L
Level 40 Bronze min cost Mage at S
Have two to four other mages in backup to make up any slack. If required, retreat a mage right after he fires, then place another mage. Repeat as many times as possible and required.

A lot simpler but requires more levels and affection.
