Yeah, I know that's his plan as well, but I also think it had something to do with Japan too. It's not like he will focus on other Asian countries and just stop promoting in Japan. You can't say getting 2 members from China in MM and holding H!P auditions in Taiwan is solely for China and Taiwan, it is drawing attention to themselves in their homeland as well.
