I'm reading the machine translator guide and from my understanding I'm supposed to download one of the offline translators, either chittrans lite or vnr, and then a translation aggregator?
Why does the 2017 version link to a 2015 version whose recommendations directly contradict what the later version says?
Is there a better resource out there that I can follow?
